About
Manfred Lim didn’t just put Singapore on the global electronic map; he redrew it with his own palette. As Myrne, he became the first Asian artist signed to Diplo’s Mad Decent, dropping the intricate, future-bass architecture of his Softsins EP in 2015 and proving his homeland was a source for world-class production. While that early work shared DNA with the shimmering maximalism of Flume or Cashmere Cat, Lim has since pivoted from the festival-mainstage energy that took him to Tomorrowland. He's journeyed inward, exploring the patient, melodic depths of progressive house and trance on his own 2025 imprint—a deliberate shift from pure kinetic release to a more nuanced, emotional space.
