V is a South Korean singer and songwriter from Seoul, best known as a member of the group BTS. His solo work often incorporates jazz and R&B influences. In 2023, he released his debut solo album, Layover, which entered the U.S. Billboard 200 chart at number two. V has also recorded songs for television soundtracks, including "Christmas Tree" for the series Our Beloved Summer. In 2024, he released the single "Winter Ahead," a collaboration with singer Park Hyo Shin.
