Darius Rucker

Darius Rucker is an American singer and songwriter. He first became known as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for the rock band Hootie & the Blowfish, which he co-founded in 1986 at the University of South Carolina. The band released five studio albums and had multiple top 40 hits. Rucker later launched a solo career, initially with the R&B album `Back to Then` before successfully transitioning to country music. His solo country albums include `Learn to Live`, `Charleston, SC 1966`, `When Was The Last Time` (2017), and `Carolyn's Boy` (2023).
