On Soichi Terada's SoundCloud, the most recent publicly posted tracks appear to be from 2015, including Sunshower and Hohai Beats. They’re a pioneering Japanese house producer who founded Far East Recording with Shinichiro Yokota, helped bring the “Far East” sound to Rush Hour’s orbit, and contributed to the Ape Escape soundtrack. Their Omodaka project dons a white mask and Miko-inspired attire, and the Sumo Jungle origin story is a beloved tale of Terada’s jungle-era breakthroughs.
