Plaid

Plaid is an English electronic music duo composed of Andy Turner and Ed Handley. They were founding members of the electronic group The Black Dog before focusing on Plaid, releasing their first album under the name, Mbuki Mvuki, in 1991. The duo signed with Warp Records in the 1990s and has since released numerous albums with the label, including Not for Threes (1997), Double Figure (2001), and Feorm Falorx (2022). Plaid has collaborated with artists such as Björk and Mara Carlyle and composed the score for the 2006 film Tekkonkinkreet.
