Sessa

Sessa is the project of Brazilian musician Sérgio Sayeg. Originally from São Paulo, Sayeg was a co-founder of the psych-funk band Garotas Suecas and has collaborated with musician Yonatan Gat. As Sessa, his music references classic Tropicália and bossa nova, featuring Portuguese lyrics and nylon-stringed guitar. He released his solo debut, Grandeza, in 2019, followed by Estrela Acesa in 2022. His third album, Pequena Vertigem de Amor, was released in 2025.
