Most artists grind for years before a label notices; Kailee Morgue kickstarted a bidding war from her bedroom with a raw 2016 video of "Medusa." That viral moment landed the Phoenix native a deal with Republic Records, crystallizing her gothic-pop vision on the 2018 Medusa EP and the haunting fan-favorite "Siren." But the real story is what came next. Morgue took control, launching her own Thrill Coven label to release her 2022 album, Girl Next Door.
