Ryan Murgatroyd

Ryan Murgatroyd is a South African electronic music producer and songwriter. After an early track was featured on BBC Radio 1, he formed the duo Crazy White Boy with Konstantinos Karatamaglou and directed the Soul Candi Institute of Music. He later returned to solo work with releases on labels including Defected Records and Get Physical Music, which issued his Ikalimba EP and the compilation Africa Gets Physical. Murgatroyd has also created remixes for artists such as Lane 8 and in 2019 founded the record label Swoon Recordings.
