Delain

Delain is a Dutch symphonic metal band formed in 2002 by keyboardist Martijn Westerholt, formerly of Within Temptation. The project solidified in 2005 with vocalist Charlotte Wessels, releasing its debut album Lucidity in 2006. Subsequent albums include April Rain (2009), We Are the Others (2012), and Apocalypse & Chill (2020). After a significant lineup change in 2021, Westerholt continued with vocalist Diana Leah, bassist Ludovico Cioffi, and returning original members Ronald Landa (guitar) and Sander Zoer (drums). This lineup released the album Dark Waters in 2023.
